Our Company’s History

The 12th color was founded by CEO Carolyn Pavoni. She wanted to create a cosmetic line that represented her love for sports, especially football. She was tired of trying to find eye shadow colors that came close to matching her football team. And had no luck with cosmetics that showed her team’s spirit.

After much frustration, she decided to create a brand that encompassed her love for sports, beauty, and team representation. Thus the 12th color was born. Cosmetics that make you feel like you are part of the team, while looking beautiful on the sidelines..
