What is 12th Color

12th Color is a sports brand of luxury cosmetics founded by Carolyn Pavoni.

Why was my order cancelled?

All orders are final sale. If your order was cancelled, there was a discrepancy with the billing or shipping information provided at the time of purchase. Please make sure to contact your financial institution to confirm or update your payment details before placing a new order.

I need assistance in placing my order

We apologize for any difficulty you may experience while placing your order. Please contact us at info@12thcolor.com or call 480.376.2412 and we can assist you in placing your order.

How do I refund or exchange a product?

We are currently not accepting any returns or exchanges. Cancellations are not accepted and all sales are final. Due to the nature of the product, we cannot accept any products back once they’ve shipped. Cosmetics look different on different skin tones. 12th Color reserves the right not to accept exchanges or returns at this point in time.

I have not received my order confirmation

We experience a delay in confirmation emails due to high order volumes. If you do not receive your order confirmation email after 24 hours, please contact our customer service team at info@12thcolor and we will process a new order.

I ordered the incorrect product and would like to exchange

All sales are final, and orders cannot be exchanged, modified, or cancelled after they are placed. Please double check your order before submitting to make sure all of your information is correct.

How long until I receive my order?

Please allow 3-4 business days for your order to process. Once your order has shipped, please allow 3-6 business days for your order to arrive. Business days do not include weekends or holidays. Normal shipping times vary due to location. Please note, 12th Color is not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by, but not limited to, the following: acts of God, air/ground transportation, or transfers from USPS to international mail carriers. All items are final sale.

I received a damanged item, what do I do?

We’re sorry your item arrived damaged, we package each item with care. If your item did arrive damaged, please email info@12thcolor.com within 10 days of the delivery date and we will issue a replacement.

Do you ship internationally?

At this stage, 12th Color is not shipping internationally. We currently ship to all lower forty eight states of North America.

I emailed customer service and did not receive a response

Due to consumer demand, we may not be able to respond in a timely manner. Please allow us 24 to 48 hours to respond to your request. In the meantime, please see our other FAQs for additional information.

My order says it was delivered but I did not receive it

Once your order has been fulfilled and delivered to the intended location stated on your order, 12th Color cannot be responsible for stolen, misplaced, or lost packages. Please contact your shipping provider with the tracking number you received and they will assist in tracking down your parcel.

Can I purchase your products in stores?

At this stage, 12th Color is not available in stores. We do have mobile storefronts that we sell from. To learn of upcoming venues that we will be selling from, please visit us on Facebook.

Orders $55 and up are shipped free. The more you shop, the more you save.

Shipping Times

We ship only within the continental United States. We do not currently ship to PO boxes, APO, or FPO addresses or internationally. All flat-rate shipping on orders under $55. Order over $55 ship for free.

Products from the same order are often shipped from different warehouses. This does not affect your shipping cost but may require the order to be delivered in multiple packages and the shipping time may vary.

Tracking of orders

Once your order has been placed, you’ll first receive an order confirmation email. A shipment notification email with tracking information will follow. You can also check the status of your order by logging into your account. Your order is shipped via USPS, and you can also enroll in USPS Informed Delivery by going to tools.usps.com/go/TrackConfirmAction. This free service will proactively send you delivery alerts updating you on the day and time of your delivery. Plus, you can reroute your orders to another location, leave instructions for the driver or schedule a redelivery, giving you additional control over your deliveries. Trying to find your delivered package? Sorry! This happens sometimes. Please check your front porch, side door, back porch, garage area, bushes, and mailbox to make sure it’s not hiding or jammed. Also, ask your neighbors if they may have received it for you. If your package still hasn’t turned up please contact us.

12th Color’s Online Terms and Conditions of Use

 

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

Welcome to 12thColor.com (the “Site”), a web site operated on behalf of 12th Color, LLC.

The Terms and Conditions of Use include any posted guidelines or rules applicable to particular Content or Services (as defined below) and, as updated from time to time, are collectively referred to as the “Terms and Conditions” and govern the use of the Site. You should carefully read the Terms and Conditions before using the Site. By using the Site, you: (i) acknowledge that you have reviewed and agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions; (ii) represent and warrant that you are at least eighteen (18) years old; and (iii) represent and warrant that you have the legal authority to accept the Terms and Conditions. If you work for or represent a business, you represent and agree that you are authorized by that business to enter into this Agreement on behalf of that business. This is a legally binding agreement. If you do not agree with the Terms and Conditions, you are not authorized to use the Site. The Site is operated from the United States of America. If you choose to access the Site online from locations outside the United States, such conduct is at your own risk and subject to the laws of the United States of America, and you are responsible for compliance with any local laws. You may not use or export anything (including information) from the Site in violation of U.S. export laws, regulations or these Terms and Conditions.

2. ACCESS TO THE SITE

Access to certain portions of this Site may require login and password information provided only to users who have registered (the “Registered Users”). The login and password are provided for the use of the Registered User only and are not transferable. If you have received a login and password that belong to another person, you are not authorized to use that login account and we request that you notify 12th Color, LLC of the misdirected login information. Misuse of a login account, including, without limitation, unauthorized sharing of the login and password, may result, at 12th Color’s sole discretion, in cancellation of the Registered User’s registration and other remedies, and 12th Color, LLC shall have no liability to the Registered User.

3. CONTENT AND SERVICES

The Site may provide certain content (including, without limitation, documents, photographs, advertisements, marketing materials, pricing information, text, graphics and images) and services that 12th Color, LLC may change or update from time to time (the “Content” and “Services”). The Content and Services offered on the Site are provided solely to enable 12th Color, LLC to provide information about its products. 12th Color, LLC shall have the right, but not the obligation, in its sole discretion to refuse, monitor or remove any Content contained within the Site. 12th Color, LLC expressly disclaims all responsibility or liability to any person or entity for the performance or nonperformance of such content review.

Any disclosures made through the Site should only be made after reviewing and agreeing to the Privacy Policy found at https://www.12thcolor.com/privacy-policy. In the event that any posted Content appears to be inappropriate for display on this Site for any reason, users and Registered Users are encouraged to contact 12th Color, LLC in accordance with Section 5 to request removal of such Content.

4. USE OF THE SITE AND REGISTRATION

Use of the Site is voluntary. You may choose not to use the Site and you may choose not to register as a Registered User. You may use or download Content for your business only as specifically permitted on the Site, or for your personal, noncommercial purposes.

The information, 12th Color, LLC obtains from users and Registered Users will be used only in accordance with their Privacy Policy. You may inactivate your login and password at any time by contacting 12th Color, LLC at the addresses provided in Section 5.

If you choose to register as a Registered User, you agree that you will be responsible for maintaining your password as confidential and for any activity that occurs as a result of your enabling or permitting another person or entity to use your password. You agree to immediately notify 12th Color, LLC by one of the methods in Section 5 in the event that (i) your password is lost or stolen, or (ii) you become aware of any unauthorized use of your password or of any other breach of security related to the Site. 12th Color, LLC is not responsible for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with the provisions of this section.
